Organization of the Scions
Any grouping of Scions is called a Conclave. Members will meet once a month on the nights that the Three Moons are the brightest, in what is known as the Conclave Lodge. This can be a simple dwelling, natural formation, or an open tract of land. Since there are no restrictions on membership, meeting locations are marked with the Scionist symbol, a twig with 3 leaves. These leaves represent rebirth, growth, and prosperity. All communication between Conclaves is branded with a secondary symbol of the Scionist, 3 dots forming a triangle. These three dots represent the Three Moons of Thardferr, a unifying force that affects all the Realms.
Each Conclave will have a leader, who is elected by majority vote by the members of the Conclave. The second and third who receive the most votes will fill the other two places on the Conclave Council. All major decisions will be decided by this council as pertains to each separate Conclave. These Leaders are responsible to ensure that their areas of influence are free from tyranny and aggression. They are charged with keeping the edict of the High Elves and harmony between elf and mankind. After monthly meetings, each Conclave will send a messenger to the main Conclave Hall located in the Haven of Navelorn. Here information is shared and passed on to the other Conclaves.
The main Conclave Hall is ran by the Speaker. Election to the position of Speaker only happens if members of the Scions deem replacement is needed, at which time three members are nominated to the position. Voting is held among all members of each Conclave, and messengers are sent with the total. The Speaker will also have two council members to aid him. These coucil aides are the next two members not elected to be, but were nominated, to be the Speaker. It is encouraged, but not mandated, that all Conclaves nominate a human or non-elf for the position of leader of each Conclave.
Membership fees
General members will be asked to donate an annual membership fee of 1 gold crown to their prospective Conclave. These members will not be allowed to train with the specialists in order to receive the Guild Non-Weapon Proficiencies. The membership fee for "Keepers of Edilar" will be 12 gold crowns annually. These members will be eligible for training in order to receive the Guild Non-Weapon Proficiencies. In turn, each Conclave will donate to the Navelorn Conclave 120 gold crown annually. These funds will be used to train Guild members and help rebuild Edilar.
